everything was perfectly fine, the hotel was gorgeous and spotlessly clean, had easy check-in in the room. the location was ideal, at a near distance from a hyde park. the staff were especially helpful and professional too.

Really enjoyed my stay, it was fab, the service was nice! The breakfast was exceptional, there were toast, cheese and meats. The club twin room was comfortably furnished, had coffee, balcony and mosquito nets. Authentic hotel in London, friendly location only a short distance to norfolk square gardens.
